This workshop introduces participants to Project Management Planning Essentials. This 3-day training session takes you through a complete project definition and planning cycle and looks at the implementation and control cycles. Scheduling methods and their advantages and uses are covered in some detail, as are aspects of issues management, risk identification and risk mitigation as well as stakeholder analysis.

Compliant with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBok), this hands-on session also includes tips and techniques gleaned from over 40 years of project experience. A comprehensive reference manual is also provided that includes industry best practices and templates. This learning program has been developed and refined over the past 10 years based on discussions, hands-on exercises, case studies and lectures.
