This workshop discusses how to identify, analyze and manage stakeholders throughout a projects lifecycle phases. It offers strategies for project managers and anyone who wants to manage stakeholders more effectively. This one-day session also includes tools and techniques gleaned from over 50 years of project experience. Based on a case study, participants identify potential impacts of stakeholder requirements to the project's scope, schedule cost, quality, communications, resource, procurement and risk management plan.
Combining lectures, hands on activities and team assignments this workshop focuses on tools and techniques to identify and assess a project's stakeholders. Specifically, participants learn how to understand stakeholder objectives and requirements, manage stakeholder expectations and requirements as well as align scope with stakeholder requirements. Attention is paid to stakeholders spheres of influence, including strategies to mitigate or enhance such influences.
